It’s important to note that while there’s no strict time limit, answering questions quickly and honestly is generally recommended for the most accurate results.

Four hours in total, although it is recommended that you will give some time to prepare between the sessions.
Videos On Demand
Time investment: 1,5 hours
VODs are bite-sized, not mandatory, and suitable for active people on the go.
